Ok, this is where I come clean. The vegan dessert queen has given up sugar! To be honest, two years of researching and writing a dessert book has taken its toll and the candida is in control of my body. So three months sugar-free to clean out the system, then back to a more sensible lifestyle where dessert is a delicious treat, not a thrice-daily habit.
